Return and exchange policies

Following requirements need to be fulfilled for accepting an item in exchange

  1. Item needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase along with the original invoice
  2. Item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all the tags & packaging (undamaged manufacture packaging/box and freebies items)
  3. We do not entertain customer change of mind.
  4. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the product from the courier   and it should immediately inform the customer service

Refund process

All refunds are processed within 30 working days by Musclemainia. Further processing back to your credit card/bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/institution for which Musclemainia cannot be held liable.

Cash On Delivery Terms & Conditions

You can choose cash on delivery for selected products within a limit of Rs. 50,000.00. You can do the payment by cash once you receive your order from our shop or the courier partner.

    • Products include: Food Supplement / Accessories and fashion items
    • Once you place an order a customer care agent will call you within 24hrs to confirm the order.
    • If we are unable to reach you for 48hrs after placing the order, an email will send to you informing you that the order is cancelled
